Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop store crew members.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are followed.
