About the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations of HB's, a vibrant seafood restaurant featuring Gulf Coast‑inspired fare, a raw bar, sushi program, and cocktails.

What You Will Do

• Be part of the pre‑opening team.
• Assist in selecting, training, evaluating, and managing all restaurant employees, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Provide a strong presence in the restaurant, recognizing staff, fostering positive guest interactions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Guarantee food quality and presentation; possess expert knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Collaborate with the F&B leadership to develop menus and wine lists, attending regular meetings for interdepartmental coordination.
• Manage labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Inspect the restaurant’s condition and equipment, recommending improvements.
• Support beverage service and guest seating to enhance the dining experience.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining operational areas.

What You Bring

• A college degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in F&B.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and SOPs.
• Computer proficiency, including food and beverage systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
