Compensation is $17.50-$18.00 hourly (roughly $52,000-$54,500 annually) with a bi-weekly bonus program and comprehensive benefits. Schedule features a 45-hour week with rotating shifts and a 3-week cycle.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and lead the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are followed.
