Job summary

Braum's in Anna, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across Braum's food service, grocery and fountain areas. The role requires at least 2 years of retail management experience and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will coach teammates, manage a rotating 3-week schedule with about 45 hours per week, and drive sales while maintaining Braum's standards. The position starts at $18.50–$19.00 per hour with a bi-weekly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver license.
• Customer-focused leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
