Job summary

Braum's in Canyon, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and mentor the store crew, oversee daily food service operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The role supports sales growth, inventory control, safety and quality standards while upholding Braum's policies.

Shift typically 2:00 pm to close, with a rotating 3-week schedule and an average 45-hour week. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of retail management experience, are 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and meet high

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Retail Management experience required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
