Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations in Largo, MD. You will help maintain food safety, team safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and train staff, supervise a 15+ person team, drive sales, and uphold standards. Salary range is $66,500–$76,500 per year with benefits, plus development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervision or management in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Professionalsm and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible with hours including nights and weekends.
