Taco John’s – 54TH AND L ST in Omaha, NE is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, labor, and profits while leading shifts with confidence, coaching your team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences.

We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can manage high-volume shifts, make real-time decisions, and train crew members. Evening and weekend availability is required; a valid driver’s license is also expected.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills are essential.
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions.
• Available for evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license.
