Taco John's in Council Bluffs is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You’ll work alongside the General Manager to drive sales, optimize labor, and deliver top-notch guest experiences while developing a capable crew.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders with a track record of coaching, training, and making real-time decisions during high-volume shifts. Evening and weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions
• Commitment to delivering speed, accuracy, and top-tier customer experience
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
