You will hire, train, and motivate staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to procedures and controlling costs. This on-site role requires solid communication, basic accounting, a flexible schedule, and 2+ years of upscale restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Career ambitions in fast-paced food and beverage industry – next stop, manager… who knows from there!
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
• 2+ years full service, upscale restaurant management experience.
