Job summary

Pizza Hut, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing shift leaders, trainers, and team members.

You will help hire and train a strong bench, promote a positive culture, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering fast, friendly service that aligns with brand standards. The ARGM will oversee inventory, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety requirements, while coaching staff and driving customer

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required or preferred.
• MSM Courses 7-9 completed or in progress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, and building a bench of key holding Managers and Team Members.
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards and uphold Pizza Hut Service Principles.
• Assist with inventory oversight, scheduling, and forecasting on shifts.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Lead by example to foster a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
