Qualifications

• Strong organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or coursework preferred.
• Ability to interact with executives, union reps, and diverse team members.
• Proven track record of resolving challenging situations with clients and staff.
