Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, run great shifts, and uphold Charter Foods and brand standards while delivering safe, quality service.

At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a 50-hour work week, and basic math skills are required. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation; basic computer literacy is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure financial accountability.
• Guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and deliver safe, quality food.
