Summary

Join the award-winning Alila Napa Valley team as our Assistant Restaurant Manager, leading our signature breakfast and lunch service at Violetto and Salvia Terrace.

Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Alila Napa Valley is a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort celebrated for its elevated service, serene surroundings, and world-class culinary experiences. We're currently seeking a passionate and service-driven leader to oversee daytime food and beverage operations at Violetto, our signature restaurant, and Salvia, our terrace and lounge outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the morning and mid-day food & beverage service teams with a focus on luxury, efficiency, and personalized hospitality.
• Ensure smooth daily operations for breakfast and lunch, including opening procedures, service execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, and coach associates in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and labor management in partnership with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal updates, dietary needs, and service enhancements.
• Champion continuous improvement and guest experience initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in food & beverage, ideally within a luxury, Forbes-rated, or Michelin-starred setting.
• A commitment to excellence, approachability, and hands-on service.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for creating memorable guest moments and building strong team culture.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and scheduling platforms.
