About the Role

We have an opening for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Gene's Bistro! As part of SSP America, we are food travel experts passionate about bringing authentic restaurants to airports that reflect a taste of place. Join us and enjoy growth opportunities within a global travel dining brand.

Essential Functions
  • Train, develop, and communicate with the team of Food Travel Experts in front and back of house.
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member responsibilities.
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health/sanitation standards.
Skills and Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar.
  • Preferred 1 year of Kitchen Manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen.
