Job summary

SSP America is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Chick-Fil-A at Bradley International Airport. The role requires leadership in a high-volume airport restaurant, with a focus on food safety, cost control, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of quick-service management experience required. Chick-Fil-A management certification highly desired.
• Culinary background is desirable.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
