Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run efficient shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure excellent service and safety. Responsibilities include managing team members, overseeing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food promptly.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math, accounting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor grounds maintenance.
