Job summary

SSP seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager within our Hospitality & Travel operations. You will help oversee daily front- and back-of-house activities, lead and coach staff, ensure food safety and compliance, and maintain high guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Partner with leadership on scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and health and safety procedures, fostering a collaborative culture that delivers efficient, secure, and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide front- and back-of-house teams.
