Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including maintenance, inventory, and ordering of food and supplies.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a great dining experience.
3. Hire and train junior staff to meet company expectations.
4. Provide excellent service to both external and internal customers.
5. Handle staff management and develop good people management skills.

Working Hours: 5-5.5 days per week, with a minimum of 6 off days per month.
