Job description

The Dandy Collection - a hospitality group running a group of restaurants, namely Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar and The Prince.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Manager to steer the venue to achieve excellence in the local food and beverage space. He/She develops menus, controls costs, brings in business, forges and maintains a team that consistently deliver high quality food, beverage and service whilst operating in a fun and exciting environment.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager also helps formulate and recommend ideas to drive changes in the group while maintaining a culture of innovativeness to sustain value creation in meeting the competitive position and long term goals of the venue. He/She also mentors and develops the team's future leaders.

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Ensure food and beverage served are of the highest quality
