Your role will involve running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and maintaining brand standards. You will take ownership of solving problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. Ensuring that Team Members and Shift Managers complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability will be key. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
