Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. Your role will involve running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and maintaining brand standards. You will take ownership of solving problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. Ensuring that Team Members and Shift Managers complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability will be key. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and place it in an outside bin.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
