Le Grand Comptoir at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, operated by SSP America, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume dining operation. You will supervise front of house and kitchen activities, drive cost controls, and develop a strong team while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Salary - $78,500 / year
• Opportunity for quarterly bonus and year-end super bonus

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Full Service restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Relevant certifications include Food Handlers’ Card.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
