SSP America is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Le Grand Comptoir at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. You will oversee all front-of-house and kitchen activities in a high-volume dining environment, with a focus on food quality, cost control, and team development.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), 2+ years in restaurant management, full-service experience, and food handler certification. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Full Service restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Relevant certifications include Food Handlers’ Card.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
