Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant operations, including supervising staff, scheduling, and training.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and execution.
• Monitor guest feedback to improve dining experiences.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in hotel F&B.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent associate relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management.
• Familiarity with MICROS POS system.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• TIPS or CARE Certification.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain Hepatitis A vaccination within 10 days of hire.
• Able to work AM and PM shifts.
