Your role will involve supporting shift operations, maintaining standards, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe environment for both employees and customers. You will take ownership of problem-solving and guiding team members to deliver quality food and excellent service.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Available for a 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math, accounting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and grounds.
