Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet standards, and ensure quality and safety for customers and staff. Your role involves problem-solving with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas
