Trickum Ops LLC (Bojangles’) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at multiple Bojangles’ locations in the Atlanta area. You’ll manage teams, focus on food cost and labor, and drive guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team.
• Familiar with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.

Availability of an Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Morning (4:30/6:30 am to 2 pm)
• Mid (8 am to 5 pm)
• Evening (1/2 pm to 10:30 pm)
• ServSafe Certified
