Chuck E. Cheese in Colonial Park, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a family‑focused entertainment venue. You’ll oversee daily operations, guest service, and staffing while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Build sales and profits by coaching and developing your team, and by managing costs and labor. You’ll own an AOI and rotate through areas, including The Kitchen, to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable guest experience where every guest leaves

• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.

• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" in one of four areas and over time, complete a rotation in each of the following areas:

Compensation Details

Commission Details

Exempt

Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Non-Exempt

Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
