Job summary

Christiana-Seasons Pizza & Restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cockeysville, MD to coordinate all restaurant operations and support team members during shifts. You will hire, schedule, train, motivate, and discipline staff, while ensuring quality customer service and accurate orders.

The role requires supervision of both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, adherence to food safety guidelines, and maintenance of food and labor budgets. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years as Seasons Pizza employee or 3+ years as supervisor/manager in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment preferred.
• Able to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read/speak/understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening/closing checklist procedures.
• Review management log daily.
• Train front of house staff to work stations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure phones answered promptly and guests welcomed for quick service.
• Lead by example and enforce policies; discipline when needed.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to spec.
• Follow sanitary and kitchen procedures; monitor inventory and par levels.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and HR paperwork.
