Job summary

The Stand Calabasas is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to own a shift, develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role. You’ll oversee front of house, kitchen and guest interactions, while upholding brand standards across 22+ locations and ongoing openings.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of restaurant management, strong communication, and a hands-on ownership mindset, including weekend availability. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance from within.

The Stand has grown to 22 locations across California and Texas, and we're not slowing down. We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role.

What You'll Own as an Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guests

• Total Restaurant awareness — you'll understand how your shift impacts the stores success

What We're Looking For: an Assistant Restaurant Manager

• 1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experience

• Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do
• 21+ years old, full-time availability including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Tip pool (~$5–7/hr average) + performance bonus
• Up to $29.00 per hour
