Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through each:

• The Kitchen: manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness, oversee pizza dough preparation, cook pizza and other menu items.

• Sales: oversee Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop; monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability; ensure quality of Salad Bar and prep procedures.

• Showroom: lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize bookings, and optimize seating.

• Gameroom: partner with Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment condition, analyze gameplay data, and keep areas guest-ready.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work 40 hours/week
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow younger candidates for specific roles involving alcohol)
• One year of management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:

• Lift/carry objects 0-50 pounds
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, squat during shift
• Work environment includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to varying weather conditions
