Dunkin' in Bartonsville, PA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on guest satisfaction, beverage and food quality, and daily restaurant performance to drive results.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, hands-on management, and the ability to train and develop staff while maintaining brand standards and a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development.
