You will ensure proper customer service, oversee restaurant conditions, and train staff while being an integral part of a management team. Qualifications
Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards.
Strength in foodservice product preparation and presentation.
Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports.
Ability to read operating and maintenance documents.
Proficient in Microsoft products is preferred.
High School diploma or GED is preferred, but 1 year of restaurant management experience is sufficient.
Capability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
Responsibilities
