7-Eleven, Inc. in Illinois seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations and team supervision. You will train and coach staff, ensure consistent customer service, and uphold health standards in a fast-paced store environment.

The role focuses on food quality, equipment upkeep, and adherence to company policies while using store reports to drive improvements. Pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader for all employees.
• Monitor the restaurant’s condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across all products.
• Utilize store reports to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Ensure basic administrative tasks and software use are up to date.
