What You Bring

• A desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents and manuals.
• Proficient computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are encouraged to apply.
• Capability to perform multi-tasking, including bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
