What You Bring

• A desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health standards.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret operational documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
