What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to improve operations.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience if not.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
