What You Bring
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
- Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
- Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
- Ability to use P&L and store reports to implement changes.
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking, standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
