Assistant Restaurant Manager

What you bring:
  • A desire to oversee customer service, provide leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
  • Ability to ensure restaurant conditions meet company policies, procedures, and health standards.
  • Commitment to proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents.
  • Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered.
  • Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
