7-Eleven, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in LaGrange, Georgia. In this full-time role, you will be part of the management team, leading and providing training to restaurant employees. Responsibilities include overseeing food quality and compliance with health standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are hiring for an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee role. If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have supervisory experience, we would love to talk with you. We offer full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to effect change where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
