Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee in Texas to join our store management team.

This full-time role offers hands-on leadership experience, coaching restaurant staff, and exposure to daily store operations. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to supervise service quality, training, and compliance with policies and Health Department standards, while ensuring fresh, well-presented food and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching restaurant staff.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with policies/H Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper foodservice preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to inform changes.
• Ability to read operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or GED preferred, with restaurant management exp.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
