What you bring:

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to implement changes.
• Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also eligible.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
