We are currently seeking a Restaurant Leaderto join us at our newly launched venue,Delta Rue,situated on the fifth floor ofSofitel Sydney Wentworth,Delta Rueis a vibrant Vietnamese French restaurant that blends the elegance of 1920s Hanoi with modern influences. Created by House Made Hospitality, the restaurant celebrates fresh, seasonal produce with a menu that expertly combines the bold flavours of Vietnamese and French cuisine. The dining room, seating 150 guests, spills onto a lush terrace accommodating an additional 60 diners.

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Delta Rue. This is a leadership role that will require you to oversee both front-of-house operations and team performance while upholding the high standards of service, hospitality and guest experience that House Made Hospitality is known for.
