Location(s): Bethel, Bristol, Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, Newtown, & Ridgefield
Hours: Combination of 1st (Day) and 2nd (Evening) Shifts – Weekend availability required
Pay Rate: $21.00–$21.50 per hour

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Program Manager to support our residential programs and help our individuals achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with team members to develop and implement individualized Treatment Plans

Promote the health, safety, and emotional well-being of individuals served

Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, includingbathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene

Assist with cooking, transportation, and household management

Manage financial records and ensure the security of personal belongings

Train, mentor, and support direct care staff

Maintain staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage and compliance

Facilitate meaningful community engagement through work, recreation, and volunteer activities

Serve as a hands-on leader and role model to staff and individuals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related full-time experience

OR 2 years of college in a related field and 1 year of full-time experience

Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle

Ability to complete certifications (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid) within required timeframes
