The Assistant Residential Manager 3 will oversee the daily operation of a residential home or day program for individuals with disabilities. They will provide direct care support as needed and additional coordination of program duties as requested. Individuals in Level 3 programs may require moderate to considerable physical assistance or accommodation. Specialized training will enhance supervision or interventions to address multiple disabilities, including behavioral support or enhanced medical care. Staff will develop, implement, and supervise training, case management requirements of individuals, and participation in general duties.
Sunday 3:00pm-11:00pm and Monday- Thursday 2:00pm-10:00pm (40 hours per week)

The pay range listed for this position is the hourly rate range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
Salary: $23.98 - $24.58 per hour
