New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking an Assistant Resident Building Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance operations at a development, supervise repairs of structures and equipment, and manage move-outs to ensure quality services for residents.
You will coordinate staff and resources, monitor work orders in Maximo, supervise maintenance workers in resident apartments and public spaces, and ensure readiness for PHAS inspections.
