JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Residence Life Office is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the team. We strive to enable residents to develop respect and responsibility for themselves and their community. The Assistant Coordinator is responsible to an Assistant Director for assisting with the supervision and administration of the Residence Life program serving approximately 900 residential students. This is a live-in position, and responsibilities primarily include program development, fostering community, providing guidance and support to students and student leaders, and collaborating with campus partners.Other responsibilities may include conflict mediation, crisis response, and working with curricular goals. The Assistant Coordinator will serve as part of the on-call rotation and assist in departmental initiatives including RA recruitment, selection, and training.
