You will partner with Relationship Managers to evaluate credit opportunities, develop underwriting packages, and support lending decisions across mid-market and commercial borrowers.

It’s a front-row seat to the credit engine of the organization, where you help shape lending decisions, strengthen client relationships, and turn raw financial data into confident, well-supported credit narratives. As an Assistant Relationship Manager – Underwriter, you’ll be part analyst, part strategist, and part translator between client ambition and credit reality.
