Job summary

The candidate will interact with clients, staff, and vendors, lead PS&E development, perform transportation analyses, and guide projects for municipal, county, and state agencies. A valid PE license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Critical thinking and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a background check.

SALARY RANGE:

Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $105,000 - $165,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
