Job summary

Hayden Homes is seeking an Assistant Regional Land Development Manager in South Washington to support land development from feasibility to construction. You will coordinate with consultants, prepare for hearings, and assist in final platting while maintaining budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes building technical knowledge, strong relationships, and readiness to advance to Regional Land Development Manager within the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction-related field desired.
• Knowledge of residential infrastructure and building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil engineering, infrastructure construction management, land surveying, or land planning.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence & Feasibility: research project feasibility, flag issues, and compile bids, estimates, and budgets for review.
• Entitlements & Design: coordinate with consultants and prepare for public meetings through approval.
• Final Platting: prepare final plat documents for submittal during construction and support recordation timing.
• Civil Construction Management: assist with installation oversight and budget/invoice tracking with schedule progress.
• General: support regional land development activities and grow into regional role.
