Job summary

Hayden Homes Llc. is seeking an Assistant Regional Land Development Manager to support the land development process across the South Washington region.

You will help with feasibility, entitlements, design, and construction, building the knowledge and relationships to grow into a Regional Land Development Manager role. The role emphasizes coordination with consultants, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget, while developing technical expertise and leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years in civil engineering, surveying, land use planning, or civil construction management.
• Residential infrastructure and building construction knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction-related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies; prepare acquisition packets with estimates and budgets.
• Assist with entitlements and design; coordinate with consultants and public meetings.
• Support final platting by preparing documents and coordinating with records/approval.
• Assist civil construction management; monitor budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Provide broad support across regional land development activities.
